Policies

  • Proofreading serves as a last pass to catch stray errors. Please submit work that is scoped and as close to ready as possible.

  • Turnaround is based on the email time stamp of the received transcript.

  • Transcripts that come in after 8:00 p.m. EST are considered received the next business day at 8:00 a.m. ​

  • There is a limit to the number of expedited jobs I can take on at once. If you know your job will have a tight timeframe, I encourage you to reach out in advance so that I can accommodate your deadline.
