The Process

• I ask new clients to complete a preferences form. You can click the link or visit the "Preferences" tab on this website to fill it out. I can also email you the form. Gathering this information helps me to best meet your expectations.

 

• Please let me know the size of the job and your turnaround needs (the deadline date and desired rate).

• I'll confirm that I am able to meet your deadline.

• Fully scoped transcripts should be sent as PDF files.*

• I will confirm receipt of the document.

​​

• Then I proofread the transcript, and I return only the pages that contain suggested changes.

• Please open the returned transcript in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. In order to make sure every proofreading mark is visible, avoid using your default image viewer or Preview.
